Nutri Soya Masala

Ingredients:
Dry Mango, Coriander Powder, Red Chillies, Black Pepper, Clove, Cumin, Cardamom, Caraway, Dry Ginger, Nutmeg, Cassia.
How to Use:
- Boil 250 g of nutri (soya chunks) until soft and squeeze out excess water.
- Heat oil or ghee in a pan. Add chopped onions, ginger, and capsicum.
- Add some curd or boiled spinach paste and mix well.
- Add the boiled nutri and then add 50 g of Amritsari Instant Nutri Soya Masala.
- Mix well and cook for a few minutes until properly blended.
- Serve hot.
Note:
No need to add salt, chilli powder, or any other spices.
