Ingredients:
Coriander Seeds, Cumin, Red Chillies, Bayleaf, Fenugreek Leaves, Channa Dal, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Fennel, Dry Mango, Cassia, Cloves, Iodized Salt, Rock Salt, Green Cardamom, Star Anise, Asafoetida, Nutmeg.
How to Use:
- Soak 400 g whole black urad and 100 g rajma overnight in water.
- Cook the soaked dal and rajma in water with salt, red chilli powder, and half the chopped ginger till soft.
- In a pan, heat oil and butter. Add D.P.S. Dal Makhani Masala (20 g), along with chopped onions, garlic, and tomatoes, and cook until browned.
- Add the cooked dal and rajma, stir continuously to achieve a creamy texture.
- Finish with a pinch of kasoori methi and cream before serving.

Adjust butter and cream as per taste for richness.
