Prantha Masala

Bring home the authentic taste of Punjabi cuisine with Amritsari Prantha Masala – a perfectly balanced blend of traditional spices crafted to give your paranthas a rich, spicy, and aromatic flavor. This ready-to-use mix makes it easy to prepare delicious, dhaba-style paranthas at home.
Ingredients:
Coriander Seeds, Cumin, Thymol Seeds, Fenugreek Leaves ,Black Pepper, Red Chilli, Dry Mango, Dry Ginger, Pomegranate Seeds, Clove, Iodized Salt, Mace, Nutmeg, Cinnamon.
How to Use:
- Take 300 g of wheat flour and 120 g of besan. Add water and knead into a soft dough.
- Add chopped onions, fresh coriander, ginger (as per taste), and 3–4 green chillies.
- Add 2 g of Amritsari Prantha Masala and mix well into the dough.
- Roll out paranthas and cook on a hot tawa until golden and crisp.
- Serve hot with butter or pickle.
Note:
Do not add extra salt or any other spices. Can also be used for aloo and gobi paranthas.
