Rajma Masala

Ingredients:
Cumin, Coriander Seeds, Dry Mango, Turmeric, Red Chilli, Mint, Caraway, Iodized Salt, Kachri, Dry Ginger, Black Pepper, Cassia, Cardamom, Cloves, White Pepper, Mace, Nutmeg.
How to Use:
- Boil 250 g of rajma (kidney beans) until soft.
- In a pan, heat 50 g of ghee or oil. Add 100 g chopped onions and 150 g chopped tomatoes. Cook until golden brown.
- Add salt and 20 g of Amritsari Rajma Masala (adjust as per taste).
- Add the boiled rajma along with its water and mix well.
- Cook on low flame for 10–15 minutes.
- The Razma is ready to be served.
