Kadhi Masala

Ingredients:
Cumin, Coriander, Cinnamon, Dry Mango, Fenugreek Seeds, Aniseeds, Dry Ginger, Black Pepper, Chilli, Cloves, Curry Leaves, Fenugreek Leaves, Mustard Seeds, Turmeric, Nutmeg, Mace, Asafoetida, Iodized Salt.
How to Use:
Mix 50 g of gram flour (besan) with 500 g of well-whisked curd and add 3–4 glasses of water. Add 50 g of D.P.S. Instant Kadhi Masala and mix thoroughly.
In a separate pan, heat 2–3 tablespoons of oil or ghee. Pour in the prepared mixture and cook on low flame for 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add pakoras to the hot kadhi and garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
Note: Do not add extra salt, chili, or any additional spices.
